Surgery in Singapore is fantastic. I just did my first emergency laparotomy and omental patch repair (making an incision in the abdomen and repairing a hole in the small bowel). Closely supervised of course. Even though it's 2 hours before anyone else starts work and I haven't slept all night I feel great... although I'm sure I'll totally crash out once the endorphins run out...
